Blueberry Soft Serve

1000g (35.3oz)
200g (7.1oz)
100g (3.5oz)
400g (14.1oz)
50g (1.8oz)
150g (5.3oz)

Method of Preparation

  1. Combine the whole milk, thawed blueberries, heavy cream and with an immersion blender until well combined.
  2. Mix the sucrose, and together until smooth and no lumps remain. Add the combined powders to the blended milk preparation with an immersion blender until very smooth and homogeneous.
  3. Pour the base into a soft serve machine and proceed following the machine's instructions.

Corn Soft Serve

1500g (52.9oz)
1200g (42.3oz)
300g (10.6oz)
450g (15.9oz)
50g (1.8oz)
150g (5.3oz)

Method of Preparation

  1. Combine the canned creamed corn, whole milk and heavy cream with an immersion blender until well combined.
  2. Mix the sucrose, and together until smooth and no lumps remain. Add the combined powders to the blended milk preparation with an immersion blender until very smooth and homogeneous.
  3. Pour the base into a soft serve machine and proceed according to machine's instructions.

Final Assembly

  1. Swirl the Blueberry Soft Serve and Corn Soft Serve into a dish and enjoy!
