35g (1.2oz)
10g (0.4oz)
5g (0.2oz)
5g (0.2oz)

Method of Preparation

  1. Combine the water, glucose powder, inverted sugar, sugar and in a pot and bring to a simmer.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix with an immersion blender for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Allow to age over night in the refrigerator.
  4. Process in a batch freezer.
  5. Serve with fresh shrimp or other desired applications.
