Method of Preparation

  1. Bloom gelatin in cold water.
  2. Warm 100g of condensed milk in a pot. Add gelatin and allow to melt.
  3. Add remaining 300g of condensed milk and .
  4. Whip heavy cream to soft peaks and fold into condensed milk mixture.
  5. Pipe into desired glass or bowl.
