45g (1.6oz)
2.5g (0.9oz)

Method of Preparation

  1. Combine ingredients and cook to 175˚C/347˚F.
  2. Pour into flexipan mold.
  3. When needed, put in oven at 95˚C/203˚F to melt the sugar again.
