Method of Preparation

  1. Bring cream, and glucose to a boil.
  2. Place white chocolate and in the bowl of a food processor.
  3. Pour boiling cream mixture onto chocolate and mix in food processor until well combined.
  4. Allow to cool, then pipe into chocolate truffle shells.
