Method of Preparation

  1. In a pot, heat the whole milk to 40°C/104°F.
  2. Remove from heat; add and mix until incorporated completely.
  3. If mixture cools below 40°C/104°F, reheat to 40°C/104°F.
  4. Whisk in ; whisk in heavy cream.
  5. Place in desired cup and place in refrigerator until set.
