Method of Preparation

  1. Whisk into cold milk until all powder is dissolved and mixture is uniform.
  2. Allow to set in refrigerator.
  3. Before use, hand whisk pastry cream to result in a smooth texture.
Notes to Consider: This recipe can be flavored with many PreGel Traditional Pastes, Compounds or Fortefrutto. We recommend adding 3%-7% of flavoring based on the total ingredient weight.
