Method of Preparation

  1. Cut LeCoq puff pastry sheet into triangle pieces, about 3 inches wide, and 4 inches long.
  2. Pipe a small dollop of at wide part of triangle (top) and place small piece of cut Brie on top.
  3. Fold the corners of the triangle toward the center, and roll like a small croissant, encasing the filling completely so it does not leak out during baking.
  4. Combine egg and water for egg wash; brush the top of the pastry with egg wash and bake at 177°C/350°F for 10-15 minutes until golden in color.
