Method of Preparation

  1. Carefully push 2-3 marshmallows onto a plastic or wooden dessert stick, leaving a few inches of the stick poking out. Transfer marshmallow stick to a parchment paper-lined tray and freeze for about 30-45 minutes.
  2. Microwave desired flavor of in a medium bowl, stirring every 25-30 seconds, until completely smooth, 1-2 minutes.
  3. Remove marshmallow stick from freezer. Working with one marshmallow stick at a time, dip marshmallow stick multiple times into the melted coating covering the entire surface.
  4. If you like, try sprinkling the now coated marshmallow stick with graham cracker crumbs, colorful sprinkles and/or chocolate flakes. Return marshmallow stick(s) to baking sheet and freeze until coating is set, about 10 minutes.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
