Ingredients

250g (8.8oz)
500g (17.6oz)
500g (17.6oz)
38-63g (1.3-2.2oz)

Method of Preparation

  1. In a pot combine the whole milk and and heat up to 40°C/104°F.
  2. Remove from heat and add desired . Mix well to completely dissolve.
  3. Add heavy cream.
  4. Place in desired cup, place in the refrigerator until set.
Notes to Consider: Recomendamos al añadir saborizante, calentar la leche primero, luego disolver el saborizante en la leche antes de añadir otro ingrediente. Este proceso pueda que enfrié la leche a menos de 40°C/104°F, así que la leche con saborizante se la debe recalentar a 40°C/104°F, ya que si se añade los demás ingredientes como los estabilizadores que se encuentran en la mezcla del Pronto Pannacotta de PreGel estos no se activaran si la temperatura no es 40°C/104°F.
