Ingredients

500g (17.6oz)
100g (3.5oz)
200g (7.1oz)
300g (10.6oz)
42g (1.5oz)
6g (0.2oz)
60g (2.1oz)

Method of Preparation

  1. Combine all of the ingredients except for the butter in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Add in the melted butter and mix until smooth.
  3. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each crepe. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.
  4. Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side.
  5. Serve hot.
Notes to Consider: To create coffee flavored crepe batter, replace the Vanilla Paste with 60g (2.1oz) of PreGel 5-Star Chef Pastry Select™ Coffee Compound. To create cinnamon flavored crepe batter, replace the Vanilla Paste with 60g (2.1oz) of PreGel 5-Star Chef Pastry Select™ Cinnamon Compound.
