Method of Preparation

  1. Whisk together all ingredients.
  2. Pour into ramekins and allow to set.
  3. Sprinkle granulated sugar on top of the Crème Brûlée and caramelize with a torch; serve immediately.
Notes to Consider: A estos postres se les puede añadir una Pasta Tradicional de PreGel(saborizante de crema) o Fortefrutto® de PreGel (saborizante de fruta). Recomendamos añadir de un 3 a 7 por ciento del peso total de los ingredientes.
