Method of Preparation

  1. Carefully push a plastic or wooden dessert stick into the side of your desired cookie flavor, leaving a few inches of the stick poking out. Transfer cookie to a parchment paper-lined tray and freeze for 30-45 minutes.
  2. Microwave the of your choice in a medium bowl, stirring every 20-30 seconds, until completely smooth, 1-2 minutes.
  3. Remove cookie from freezer. Working with one cookie at a time, dip cookie multiple times into the melted coating covering the entire surface.
  4. If you like, try sprinkling the now coated cookie with nuts, sprinkles and/or chocolate flakes.
  5. Return cookie(s) to baking sheet and freeze until coating is set, about 10 minutes.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
