Cold Process

1200g (42.3oz)
1500g (52.9oz)
1 bag (0.0oz)
15g (0.5oz)

Method of Preparation

  1. Bring red wine to a boil to cook off alcohol, 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat.
  2. Weigh and add the water, and and blend using an immersion blender.
  3. Add red wine to mixture and continue to mix.
  4. Allow mixture to cool completely and place in refrigerator (preferably overnight).
  5. Pour into Ugolini MiniGel, and run machine as directed.
