Method of Preparation

  1. Heat 200 grams of the water to a simmer; pour over the fresh ginger and allow to steep for 10 minutes.
  2. After 10 minutes, combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well with an immersion blender.
  3. Process in machine per machine instructions.
Notes to Consider: The ginger flavor gets stronger the longer you let the mix age.
