Method of Preparation

  1. Heat milk to simmer and pour over ; stir to combine.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a mixer and whip to desired peaks.

Chocolate Sponge Cake

300g (10.6oz)
200g (7.1oz)

Method of Preparation

  1. Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl; mix with the whip attachment until mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Spread onto a half sheet pan, and bake at 176˚C/350˚F until done, about 8 minutes.
