Method of Preparation
- Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bucket.
- Mix well for 2-3 minutes using an immersion blender.
- Place in a batch freezer and process according to machine's instructions.
- Once gelato is extracted, fill a piping bag with Green Mint Gelato.
- Pipe into and insert sticks.
- Allow to freeze completely (best results are achieved with a blast freezer).

- Combine first seven ingredients in a large bucket.
- Mix well for 2-3 minutes using an immersion blender.
- Place in Hot Process machine and process according to machine's instructions.
- Once gelato is extracted, fill a piping bag with Green Mint Gelato.
- Pipe into and insert sticks.
- Allow to freeze completely (best results are achieved with a blast freezer).
Final Assembly
- Remove pop from frozen pop mold and use as desired as a stir in hot chocolate.
