Method of Preparation

  1. Combine the milk, rice, and in a pot; bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat to medium and simmer until rice is tender, stirring frequently, about 25 minutes.
  3. Mix in the sugar,, and orange zest.
  4. Cook until mixture thickens, about 5 to 10 minutes longer.
  5. Pour into desired serving bowls or cups.
  6. Refrigerate.
  7. When ready to serve, garnish as desired.
