Raspberry Marshmallow

200g (7.1oz)
300g (10.6oz)
300g (10.6oz)
100g (3.5oz)
150g (5.3oz)
100g (3.5oz)

Method of Preparation

  1. Bring water, sugar and glucose to a boil.
  2. Pour into a mixing bowl, add and whip on high speed.
  3. Combine and second water, add to marshmallow mix and incorporate well.
  4. Add and food coloring and incorporate well.
  5. Pour onto a tray covered with snow sugar.
  6. Smooth the top of the marshmallow and dust with more snow sugar.
  7. Allow to set in refrigerator until firm and cut as desired.
