Molten Chocolate Cake Base

3 each (3 each)
150g (5.3oz)
300g (10.6oz)

Method of Preparation

  1. Cream together butter and 5-Star Chef Pastry Select Molten Chocolate Cake powder.
  2. Add eggs one at a time and incorporate.
  3. Pipe into molds that have been coated in butter and flour, filling mold 2/3 full.
  4. Bake at 375˚F for approximately 6-8 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven, gently unmold, and serve immediately.
Notes to Consider: This works best in a smooth metal mold. If using a disposable aluminum tin that is not smooth on the inside, take extra care to butter and flour compeletly, and remove cake from mold very gently.
