Ingredients

350g (12.3oz)
250g (8.8oz)
100g (3.5oz)
100g (3.5oz)
80g (2.8oz)
as needed

Method of Preparation

  1. Temper white chocolate.
  2. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  3. Press into desired mold.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow to set; remove from mold; place in freezer before dipping.
  5. Dip bar in melted ; allow to set.
