Method of Preparation

  1. In a mixer fitted with a whip attachment combine all of the ingredients expect for the confectioners sugar and whip to full volume.
  2. Sift the confections sugar and add to whipped meringue, whip until well incorporated.
  3. Pipe and try in a food dehydrator for 24 hours.
  4. Dip in liquid nitrogen for a few seconds and remove.
  5. Quickly dip half in melted PreGel Gran Stracciatella Reale Arabeschi® and consume.
