Cold Process

1500g (52.9oz)
650g (22.9oz)
1000g (35.3oz)
140g (4.9oz)
50g (1.8oz)
50g (1.8oz)
20g (0.7oz)

Method of Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large plastic bucket.
  2. Mix well for 2-3 minutes using an immersion blender.
  3. Process immediately in batch freezer according to machine instructions.

Hot Process

1000g (35.3oz)
650g (22.9oz)
140g (4.9oz)
50g (1.8oz)
50g (1.8oz)
20g (0.7oz)
