Method of Preparation

  1. Pipe desired gelato flavor into frozen pop mold and insert sticks.
  2. Place in blast freezer until set.
  3. Quickly unmold frozen pops and store in regular freezer for at least 15 minutes until ready to coat.
  4. When ready to coat, carefully dip frozen pop in ; allow excess to drip off frozen pop; place on a parchment lined sheet pan and store in the blast freezer.
  5. Remove frozen pop from the blast freezer and heat desired in microwave until liquid.
  6. Carefully dip frozen pop in desired ; allow excess to drip off frozen pop; place on a parchment lined sheet pan and store in the blast freezer until ready to serve.
