Method of Preparation

  1. In a mixing bowl fitted with a whip attachment, add sugar and water.
  2. Whip until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Add and whip until stiff peaks are obtained.

Method of Preparation

  1. Mix Meringue per above instructions.
  2. Soften butter in a mixer using a paddle.
  3. Add butter to Meringue in small additions while mixing on low speed.
  4. Add to mixture.
  5. Place * in microwave to soften. Add to mixture in additions while scraping down between additions.
  6. Mix until evenly incorporated.
Notes to Consider: *Any PreGel Traditional Paste can be used in place of Cacaopat for this recipe to create a different flavor. It is recommended to begin with 50g to 100g of flavoring and increasing as needed to achieve desired taste. Thicker Traditional Pastes can be softened by heating in the microwave before incorporating into the Butter Cream Frosting.
