Ingredients

1359g (47.9oz)
453g (16.0oz)
226g (8.0oz)
453g (16.0oz)
56g (2.0oz)

Method of Preparation

  1. Combine the sugar and the all-purpose flour with a whisk in a small mixing bowl.
  2. Cream the cheese along with the sugar and flour mixture in a kitchen aid mixer using the paddle attachment on low speed.
  3. Slowly incorporate the eggs.
  4. Add cream slowly.
  5. Pour mixture into pre-crusted cake pan.
  6. Bake in a water bath at 163°C/325˚F for an hour and fifteen minutes, or until the cake giggles in the center but has not taken on any color.
  7. Remove the cake from the oven and the water bath and allow it to cool completely.
  8. Remove the cake from the cake pan.
  9. Drizzle on top of the cheesecake.
  10. Garnish as desired and serve.
