Method of Preparation

  1. Soften pre-made and place in piping bag.
  2. Insert halfway into .
  3. Fill in mold by piping the gelato starting under the stick without leaving any air pockets.
  4. Quickly even out the mold with an off-set spatula and place in the blast freezer until completely frozen.
  5. Remove from mold and place in normal freezer about 15 to 20 minutes before dipping.
  6. Heat and white chocolate, let it cool a bit.
  7. Dip the frozen pops carefully without covering the stick. Let the harden and then lightly swirl with the white chocolate.
  8. Place back in freezer.
  9. Wrap and serve.
