Method of Preparation
- Combine rice and milk in a pot on the stove.
- Boil for 5 minutes, turn off the heat and allow to infuse for 15 minutes.
- Blend with an immersion blender and strain.

Method of Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a large plastic bucket.
- Mix well for 2-3 minutes using an immersion blender.
- Heat to 85°C/185°F.
- Process in batch freezer according to machine directions.
- Fold in wasabi peas and candied ginger.
