Method of Preparation

  1. Using a piping bag, fill desired mold with soft gelato.
  2. Freeze until hard and can be removed from mold.
  3. When ready to coat, melt desired in microwave. Choose from PreGel's variety of frozen pop coatings including chocolate, coffee, lemon, pistachio, strawberry and white chocolate.
  4. Carefully dip bonbons in desired coating, allowing excess to drip off.
  5. Store in display case until ready to consume.
