Method of Preparation

  1. Mix together all of the ingredients in a mixer fitted with the whip attachment.
  2. Whip at medium speed for 2 minutes
  3. Pipe into paper cup lined muffin tin and bake at 388°F (170°C) for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Once cooled remove the center of the cupcake and fill with sprinkles.

Buttercream

250g (8.8oz)
400g (14.1oz)
100g (3.5oz)
20g (0.7oz)

Method of Preparation

  1. Mix together the water and sugar in a mixer fitted with the whip attachment.
  2. Whip at medium speed for 2 minutes or until the sugar has dissolved.
  3. Add in the and whip on high speed until stiff peaks are reached.
  4. Once the meringue has fully whipped, add in the softened butter in small additions on medium speed.
  5. Add in the and continue mixing until smooth and homogenous.
  6. Color with red and blue if desired and enjoy!
