Ingredients

2700g (95.2oz)
200g (7.1oz)
500g (17.6oz)
50g (1.8oz)
150g (5.3oz)
10g (0.4oz)
100g (3.5oz)
200g (7.1oz)

Method of Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients and very mix well with an immersion blender.
  2. Allow to age for at least 2 hours in refrigerator (age overnight for best results).
  3. Mix again very well with immersion blender and then pass through a strainer.
  4. Use as needed in soft serve machine.
