Chocolate Ice Cream

1500g (52.9oz)
1000g (35.3oz)
1 bag (0.0oz)

Method of Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients with an immersion blender.
  2. Let mix age and hydrate for ½ hour (optional).
  3. Pour into a batch freezer and freeze accordingly.
  4. Extract into a narrow pan just on 1/3rd of the pan horizontally and blast freeze for 10 minutes while making the vanilla ice cream.

Vanilla Ice Cream

1500g (52.9oz)
1000g (35.3oz)
1 bag (0.0oz)
150g (5.3oz)

Method of Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients with an immersion blender.
  2. Let mix age and hydrate for ½ hour (optional).
  3. Pour into a batch freezer and freeze accordingly.
  4. Extract into the same pan as the chocolate but leave the last 1/3rd of the pan empty for the strawberry icecream and blast freeze for 10 minutes.

Strawberry Ice Cream

1500g (52.9oz)
1000g (35.3oz)
1 bag (0.0oz)

Method of Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients with an immersion blender.
  2. Let mix age and hydrate for ½ hour (optional).
  3. Pour into a batch freezer and freeze accordingly.
  4. Extract into the last 1/3rd of the gelato pan and set in the blast freezer for 10 minutes.

Final Assembly

  1. Cut your panini bun in ½ and place a few slices of banana at the bottom.
  2. Scoop the Neopolitan Ice Cream on top of the bananas.
  3. Put some PreGel Pineapple Arabeschi on top of the Ice cream and close the bun.
  4. Place in the PreGel Gelato Panini Press and follow the machines instructions.
  5. Remove from the machine, slice and serve.
