Method of Preparation

  1. Melt and combine and .
  2. Put 250g cake in robot coupe (or stand mixer) and pulse until crumbs.
  3. By hand, work in 150-200g of Buttercream, just until the cake is moist and holds the shape of a ball.
  4. Portion using a small scoop, and then roll by hand into balls.
  5. Dip the ends of the lollipop sticks into some Cookie Butter Coating and stick those into the cake pop balls.
  6. Freeze.
  7. Remove from Freezer, dip in Cookie Butter Coating, and sprinkle with Biscoff crumbs.
