White Chocolate Chip Pistachio Cookies

Method of Preparation

  1. Scale together the flour, baking soda and the salt in a bowl and set aside.
  2. In the bowl of a stationary mixer, scale the PreGel Pistachio Primavera Traditional Paste, butter and sugars, and beat with a paddle until light and creamy.
  3. Add eggs slowly allowing to incorporate completely.
  4. Once the eggs have been incorporated, add the dry ingredients except for the white chocolate chips slowly.
  5. Scape the bowl well and add the white chocolate chips on low speed just until combined.
  6. Scoop dough and bake at 350°F on a lined sheet pan for about 10 minutes.
