Chocolate Fudge

175g (6.2oz)

Method of Preparation

  1. Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second increments until smooth.
  2. Stir in condensed milk.
  3. Cut butter into pieces, place on top of chocolate mixture, and microwave until the butter is melted.
  4. Stir to combine.
  5. Set aside until mint fudge is ready.

Mint Fudge

440g (15.5oz)
395g (13.9oz)
30g (1.1oz)
20g (0.7oz)

Method of Preparation

  1. Coat a 9-inch x 9-inch frame or pan with butter.
  2. Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second increments until smooth.
  3. Stir in condensed milk.
  4. Cut butter into pieces, place on top of chocolate mixture, and microwave until the butter is melted.
  5. Stir to combine.
  6. Add PreGel Mint - Green Traditional Paste and stir until combined.
  7. Pour half of the mint fudge into the prepared frame or pan and place dollops of the dark chocolate fudge on top.
  8. Swirl the two fudges together with a knife.
  9. Repeat with the last half of mint fudge and swirl in the remaining dark chocolate fudge.
  10. Allow to set overnight.
