2600g (91.7oz)
100g (3.5oz)
750g (26.5oz)
250g (8.8oz)

Method of Preparation

  1. In a large mixing container, combine the and the 2600g (91.7oz) of .
  2. Mix together with immersion blender for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Allow to age in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Pour in sanitized machine and freeze per machine instructions.
  5. To prepare the bubble tea, combine the 750g (26.5oz) of with the sugar and bring to a boil.
  6. Gently pour in the bubble tea and continue to boil until the bubble tea is floating.
  7. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cover. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  8. Remove the bubble tea from the heat and strain.
  9. Run the bubble tea under cold water to stop the cooking.
  10. Fill multi cup with bubble tea as desired.
  11. Top with and serve.
Notes to Consider: Store bubble tea in previously prepared simple syrup to prevent sticking if not serving immediately.
