Gluten Free Green Bean Casserole

Method of Preparation

  1. Bring water and salt #1 to a boil.
  2. Blanch green beans for 5 minutes or until barely crisp.
  3. Melt butter in a large skillet.
  4. When butter has melted stir in PreGel 5-Star Chef Frollis until mixed in.
  5. Slowely add in chicken stock and stir until thickened and simmering.
  6. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  7. Pour over green bean and mix together.
  8. Bake in the oven at 375°F/191°C for 15 minutes.
  9. While in the oven toss the sliced onions in PreGel 5-Star Chef Frollis until lightly coated.
  10. Fry in oil at 350°F/177°C until crisp and toss with slat directly out of the oil.d.
  11. After the 15 minutes in the oven, top the green beans with fried onions.
  12. Bake for an additional 5 minutes or until bubbling.
