Gluten Free Tempura Batter

150g (5.3oz)
as needed to taste

Method of Preparation

  1. Whisk all ingredients together just until combined.

  1. Dip cod fillets into Tempura Batter and fry directly at 350°F/176°C.
  2. Season with salt as soon as the fish comes out of the oil.
  3. Serve with french fries.
