Red Velvet Gelato

Method of Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients except candy bars in a large bucket.
  2. Mix well for 2-3 minutes using an immersion blender.
  3. Place in gelato batch freezer and process according to manufacturer’s instructions.

500g (17.6oz)
250g (8.8oz)
250g (8.8oz)
75g (2.6oz)

Method of Preparation

  1. Mix together all of the ingredients except for candies, in a mixer fitted with the paddle attachment.
  2. Whip at medium speed for 2 minutes.
  3. Fold in candies.
  4. Pipe into paper cup lined muffin tin and bake at 388°F (170°C) for 15-20 minutes.
