Ingredients

1000g (35.3oz)
100g (3.5oz)
60g (2.1oz)
20g (0.7oz)
50g (1.8oz)

Method of Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine the cornstarch with a small amount of the milk and stir until combined.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the remaining milk, sugar, and and bring to a boil.
  3. Add the cornstarch mixture to the pan, and return to a boil.
  4. Remove from the heat, and place 500g of the mixture into a bowl.
  5. Add the to the 500g of mix, and stir until combined.
  6. Cover and place both creams in the refrigerator to cool.
  7. Layer the vanilla cream and the forest berry cream in desired container.
  8. Serve with fresh berries.
