500g-675g (17.63oz-23.80oz)
375g (13.2oz)

Method of Preparation

  1. Heat water or vegetable milk to boiling.
  2. Mix together PreGel Base Vegan and sugar
  3. Pour liquid over powder mixture.
  4. Let age for 1 hour to overnight.
  5. Flavor with PreGel Traditional Pastes or Fortefrutto.
  6. Pour in batch freezer and freeze.
