Method of Preparation

  1. Using a mixer, mix well the butter and the powdered sugar.
  2. Add the and mix well.
  3. Add the flour and the salt, and continue to mix.
  4. Refrigerate it for one hour.
  5. Form small 2-3 cm balls with the mixture, place them into the oven and flatten them to 1 cm.
  6. Bake them for 20-25 minutes at 149°C/300°F.
