Method of Preparation

  1. Combine the milk, sugar, salt and butter in a pan and heat it on the stove until it starts boiling.
  2. Add the flour, remove the pan from the stove and mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into the mixer bowl, mix it at medium temperature until it cools down to 40°C/104°F.
  4. Add the eggs at room temperature (around 30°C/86°F) and mix it, but not for too long.
  5. Place the mixture into the fryer.
  6. Remove it from the fryer, and add the sugar and cinnamon.
  7. Serve the churros with the Arabeschi of your choice: , or .
