Method of Preparation

  1. In a blender, blend together all of the ingredients on high speed until smooth and homogenous.
  2. Strain through a chinois and chill over an ice bath.
  3. Reserve under refrigeration until ready to consume.
  4. When ready to serve garnish the smoothie soup with fresh berries, shredded coconut & chia seeds.
