Method of Preparation

Yogurt Gelato (Hot Process)

3000g (105.8oz)
150g (5.3oz)
540g (19.0oz)
60g (2.1oz)
150g (5.3oz)
150g (5.3oz)
90g (3.2oz)

Method of Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large plastic bucket.
  2. Mix well for 2-3 minutes using an immersion blender.
  3. Place in Hot Process machine and process according to machine’s instructions.

Yogurt Gelato (Cold Process)

3000g (105.8oz)
150g (5.3oz)
540g (19.0oz)
60g (2.1oz)
300g (10.6oz)
90g (3.2oz)

Method of Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large plastic bucket.
  2. Mix well for 2-3 minutes using an immersion blender.
  3. Place in batch freezer and process according to machine’s instructions.

Method of Preparation

  1. Slice sweet bun in half.
  2. Place layer of granola on bottom half of sweet bun, and top with a scoop of Yogurt Gelato.
  3. Top with desired amount of fresh fruit.
  4. Take the top half of the sweet bun and sandwich together.
  5. Place in and follow machine instructions.
  6. Remove from machine, slice and serve.
