Frangipane Cream

Method of Preparation

  1. Combine the first four ingredients in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment.
  2. Cream on medium speed until sandy.
  3. Slowly add the eggs into the mixer bowl while it is running on low speed.
