Method of Preparation

  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, place the butter, , , sugar, and brown sugar.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Combine the milk and the egg, and slowly add to the peanut mix.
  4. Combine the flour, salt, and baking powder and add to the rest of the mix.
  5. Mix until combined.
  6. Scoop dough into balls, place on a sheetpan, and press each ball with a fork.
  7. Bake at 375°F/190°C for about 8-10 minutes.
