Method of Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into a metal cup and mix using a milkshake mixer until desired consistency is reached.

Peanut Gelato (Hot Process)

150g (5.3oz)

Method of Preparation

  1. In a large bucket, mix all ingredients.
  2. Heat mix to 85°C/185°F.
  3. Place mix in batch freezer and process according to manufacturer’s instructions.
