Method of Preparation

  1. Bring 1000g of the water to a boil and steep the tea bags in it for about 5 minutes.
  2. Remove the tea bags and add the rest of the water.
  3. Blend all ingredients together and pour into a metal pan.
  4. Place in freezer until completely frozen.
  5. Scrape granita with a fork.
  6. Alternatively, place liquid mix into a granita machine and process according to manufacturer’s instructions.
