Method of Preparation
- Combine sugar and in a pot on the stove.
- Add fruit and mix until combined.
- Cook over medium heat until fruit comes to a simmer; cook for about 1 minute until fruit begins to thicken.
- Remove from stove and allow to cool.
- Pour the chilled blueberry mixture into the desired oven-proof dish.

Method of Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a mixer with the paddle attachment.
- Mix together until mixture forms small crumbs (do not over mix).
- Place in refrigerator until ready to use.

- Sprinkle the Oat Crumb Topping onto the chilled blueberry mixture in the oven-proof dish.
- Bake at 350°F/176°C for approximately 20-30 minutes or until the mixture is bubbling.
