Blueberry Cobbler Filling

40g (1.4oz)
200g (7.1oz)
1000g (35.3oz)

Method of Preparation

  1. Combine sugar and in a pot on the stove.
  2. Add fruit and mix until combined.
  3. Cook over medium heat until fruit comes to a simmer; cook for about 1 minute until fruit begins to thicken.
  4. Remove from stove and allow to cool.
  5. Pour the chilled blueberry mixture into the desired oven-proof dish.

Oat Crumb Topping

160g (5.6oz)
120g (4.2oz)
19g (0.7oz)
0.6g (0.2oz)
115g (4.1oz)

Method of Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixer with the paddle attachment.
  2. Mix together until mixture forms small crumbs (do not over mix).
  3. Place in refrigerator until ready to use.

Method of Preparation

  1. Sprinkle the Oat Crumb Topping onto the chilled blueberry mixture in the oven-proof dish.
  2. Bake at 350°F/176°C for approximately 20-30 minutes or until the mixture is bubbling.
